  1. **Sudski registar (Court Register / Sudreg)** — Ministry of Justice and Public Administration of Croatia (OIB, MBS, legal name, legal form, registered address, inception date, primary NACE/NKD activity, status, and court filing history).
  2. **FINA RGFI (Annual Financial Statements)** — Financial Agency (multi-year balance sheets, P&L statements, operating income, net profit, capital and reserves, assets, liabilities, estimated EBITDA, equity ratio, and statutory AOP line items).
  3. **FINA RSV (Register of Beneficial Owners)** — Financial Agency (natural persons and managing directors who ultimately own or control Croatian legal entities, ownership percentages, nature of control, and cross-company links).

1. **`get_company_by_id`**
   - Description: Retrieve a 360-degree profile of a Croatian company from the Sudski Registar by its unique identifier (OIB or MBS).
   - Parameters: `identifier` (string, required), `identifier_type` (`"oib"` | `"mbs"`, required).

2. **`search_companies`**
   - Description: Search Croatian companies in the Sudski Registar by partial/fuzzy name, address, city, county, inception date range, NKD activity code prefix, or status.
   - Parameters: `name`, `street`, `house_number`, `house_subnumber`, `city`, `county`, `inception_date_from`, `inception_date_to`, `nkd_code`, `status`.

3. **`get_company_true_owners`**
   - Description: Retrieve registered beneficial owners (`stvarni vlasnici`) and managing directors for a Croatian company from FINA RSV.
   - Parameters: `identifier` (string, OIB or MBS, required).

4. **`search_true_owners`**
   - Description: Search across FINA RSV to discover all Croatian companies and legal entities associated with a specific individual owner or representative.
   - Parameters: `first_name`, `last_name`, `birth_month_year` (`MM.YYYY`), `citizenship`, `residence_country`, `city`, `company_name`, `limit`, `offset`.

7. **`get_company_history`**
   - Description: Retrieve the chronological timeline of up to 100 official corporate changes recorded in the Sudski Registar by MBS.
